Effect of Polymer Dispersant Addition on Functional Carbon Black Dispersion Behavior and Li Ion Battery Performance

چکیده

In order to apply advanced carbon black with high surface area Li-ion battery (LIB) electrode, the effect of polymer dispersant addition into raw materials suspension on LIB performance was investigated. Four kinds dispersants, polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP), alcohol (PVA), acetate (PVAc) and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) were used for dispersion particles in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) slurry, prepared by each characterized. The electrode from large specific developed PVP. By PVP black, additive content reduced one third obtain same performance. Improving the electrochemical performance of organic Li-ion battery electrodes.

Dilithium benzenediacrylate was prepared and investigated as an example of a readily available organic electrode material for lithium-ion batteries. Its poor conductive properties were overcome by a method of carbon-coating in the liquid state, resulting in enhanced cycling performance, displaying a reversible capacity of 180 mA h g(-1).
